These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Denrow LLC (“Denrow”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Any advisory work we do for you is covered by a separate statement of work and our terms of business. If they conflict with these terms, the statement of work and terms of business apply.

Not advice
The website gives general information about Denrow and our services. It is not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, contracts and risk management input is general guidance only, and it does not take account of your situation. Do not act, or decide not to act, on the basis of the website alone.
We give advice only under a signed statement of work, and only to the client named in it. Emailing us or booking a session does not make you a client until we confirm the terms in writing.
Denrow provides financial and strategic advisory services. It does not provide audit, tax filing or regulated investment advice.

Prices
All prices on the website are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it will be stated in your written fee proposal. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one confirmed in your booking or statement of work. Cancellation and refund terms sit within our terms of business, which form part of our statement of work.

Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its host or any connected system
introduce viruses or other harmful code
copy, scrape or collect content or data by automated means
use the website in a way that breaks applicable law or harms anyone else
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available.

Our content
The text, design, logo, graphics and photographs on the website belong to Denrow or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Denrow name and logo are ours. Denrow is not a registered trade mark. Client names and quotes appear with permission and remain theirs.

Links to other websites
We link to other sites, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

Our liability
We take care to keep the website accurate.
As far as applicable law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. This includes indirect loss, loss of profit and loss of data.
These limits apply to the website only. Our liability for advisory work is set out in the statement of work and terms of business.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website or these terms.
These terms are written in English.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
